I’m Jessica, the creator behind The Crafty Christian Mom
HEY THERE!
I’m a former teacher, mom, and lifelong lover of creative learning. After spending about 10 years in the classroom—mostly teaching 3rd grade, along with 1st and 4th grade—I know firsthand how much time and energy goes into making learning meaningful and engaging.
I started The Crafty Christian Mom as a creative outlet and a way to stay connected to teaching while being home with my kids. What started as a way to keep creating has grown into a collection of resources designed to make teaching a little easier—and a lot more fun.
Resources Made With Teachers In Mind
I love creating the kinds of resources I wish I'd had when I was in the classroom—activities that are engaging for kids, easy to use, and actually worth the time it takes to prepare them.
Whether it's a hands-on STEM challenge, a creative writing activity, an escape room, or a simple craft, my goal is always the same: help kids learn while making your job a little easier.
